ケニアの文化紹介と料理教室
Kenyan Culture Introduction and Cooking Class 

ケニア出身で日本の調理師免許をお持ちのアイリーン　ワチュガ　さんとケニアの家庭料理を一緒に作って食べましょう！簡単な英語を交えながら、ケニアの料理や文化を楽しくおいしく学びませんか？当日、ケニアについて聞きたい事がある方は、考えておいて下さい。参加ご希望の方は、徳島市国際交流協会まで電話、メール等でお申込み下さい。

「メニュー」
★煮込料理：マトケMatoke（デンプン質の多いバナナ）牛肉/鶏肉、野菜を使います。
★ミルクティーとチャパティ　　　　 *食べられない食材のある方は、ご相談下さい。

日　時：2024年２月23日（祝金）午前９時45分から午後２時まで（予定）
会　場：徳島市内町コミュニティーセンター　調理室
　　　　　　徳島市幸町３丁目71-1（幸町会館２階）
定　員：２０人程度（先着順）
参加費：１，０００円（材料費込み）
準備物：エプロン、三角巾、布巾

Join Ms. Irene Wachuga, a native of Kenya and a licensed cook in Japan, for a cooking class on Kenyan home cooking. Let's learn about Kenyan food and culture with simple English in a fun and tasty way! Feel free to prepare any questions you would like to ask about Kenyan food and culture. ★Simmered dish : Matoke (plantain or "green banana" which stays green after ripening. They turn     　　　　 yellow-black only after overripe.) with beef/chicken and vegetables.
★Milk tea and chapatti (flat bread)    * Please consult with us about any food restrictions you have.
